Privacy Policy

What we hold, why we hold it, and how to get rid of it.

  1. 01What we collect

    A guest account is keyed to a device identifier, and nothing more; if you link Facebook we store the provider identifier that account maps to, plus the name and picture the account chooses to share. Beyond that we hold what you do in the game — matches, XP, Gold and Hearts balances, cosmetics, club membership, leaderboard positions — and the technical logs any server keeps to stay up. Purchases are billed by Google Play; we receive the transaction identifier needed to credit your account, never your card details.

  2. 02What we use it for

    Seating you at a table, keeping your progress, paying out rewards, honouring purchases, answering support, and enforcing the rules on the Fair Play page. We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles from your play.

  3. 03Voice and chat

    Club conversation is live and ephemeral: it is not written to our database, there is no history endpoint, and entering a room shows you only what is said from that moment on. For abuse handling we keep a short-lived moderation trail — sender, kind and a hash of the text, not the text itself — for 24 hours. Voice is signalling only: the server tracks who holds a seat and who is speaking, and carries no audio recording. Direct messages between friends are the one place message history is stored, so that a conversation survives closing the app.

  4. 04Retention and deletion

    Match records and their fairness proofs are kept so that any finished match can still be verified. Everything tied to your account can be deleted on request; write to the address below from the account you want removed, or include your seven-digit player ID.

  5. 05Children

    Ludo Vest is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

  6. 06Your rights and contact

    You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Ludo Vest is operated by Orvexaco; reach the team at privacy@ludovest.online and we will respond.
