Terms of Service

What you agree to by playing, and what we agree to in return.

  1. 01The service

    Ludo Vest is a free-to-play game published by Orvexaco, with optional in-app purchases. Using it means accepting these terms. We may change the game, its rules and its economy; material changes to how matches are settled will be announced in the app.

  2. 02Your account

    One person, one account. A guest account belongs to the device that created it; linking a social identity moves it to you. Sharing, selling or buying accounts is not permitted, and one social identity may belong to exactly one player.

  3. 03Virtual items

    Gold, Hearts, cosmetics and Season Pass rewards are a licence to use them inside Ludo Vest. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred out of the game or exchanged for money, and do not survive account deletion. Gifts sent to other players are spent, not lent.

  4. 04Fair play

    Every dice roll and every move is produced and validated by the server, and the result of a match is final. Modified clients, automation, exploiting a bug rather than reporting it, and abandoning public matches to manipulate the ladder are all grounds for suspension. Quitting a public match already carries an escalating matchmaking cooldown.

  5. 05Conduct

    Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or spam other players in chat, in voice or in a name. Club leaders moderate their own rooms within the role rules; we act on reports above that. Being blocked by several different players in a day suspends your chat for the rest of that day — never your ability to play.

  6. 06Purchases and refunds

    Billing is handled by Google Play under their terms, and refunds go through their process. A purchase credits your account once: receipts are applied idempotently, so a retried or replayed receipt cannot charge or credit you twice.

  7. 07Termination and changes

    You may stop playing and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we update them, the date at the top of this page changes and continued play means accepting the update.
